With a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from George Washington University, Robert spent years working in the federal government, solving complex technical problems with the precision and rigor that would later define his approach to real estate.
As a Microsoft Certified Professional and active member of the National Society of Black Engineers, Robert built a career on analytical thinking and a commitment to excellence. But his roots were always in Connecticut — and in the New Haven community he'd always loved.
When Robert transitioned into real estate, he brought everything with him: the analytical mindset of an engineer, the problem-solving skills of a systems specialist, and a genuine passion for helping families navigate what is often the biggest decision of their lives.
